§ 6-32. Penalty for violation of article.

Any person who violates any provision of this article shall be guilty of a class 2 misdemeanor. Each violation shall constitute a separate offense. The board may bring suit in the county circuit court to restrain, enjoin, or otherwise prevent violation of this article.
